Advice in a relationship?

So, me and this girl have been dating for about 10 months now, and it really hasn't gone anywhere (nothing serious, i.e , or even ). I really do like this girl, but lately she's been a *****. When I call her out on it she tells me I'm overly sensitive. I'm ready to drop her, but I'm not sure if I should because we really do get along well, and I still have a lot of feelings for her. Suggestions?
