Can Clomid make you have a reaction to sliver jewelry?

My wedding set is sterling sliver, Which is what I like. I have been taking clomid 50 mg the first month and my finger broke out with a red mark that itched and was sore. Then there were little water filled blisters kind of. I let that fully heal. I was put on 100mg this month of Clomid and I put my wedding set back on. Within 8 hours I had a very sore red ring on my finger. What I am wondering is could the Clomid cause me to have this reaction or could I now after so many years be having a reaction to sterling sliver?
