How do I make this awful smell go away in my kitchen!?

My husband and I went on vacation for 3 weeks...and when we left we informed out apartment complex so they could check on our place. Well, the girl we told conveniently quit! So we came home to our fridge and freezer broken and rotten food with flies and even fly eggs. It was the most awful smell, we all were throwing up from it! We were given a a new fridge and the floor that had all the 'leakage' on it was bleached and sanitized multiple times. It has been a week and the smell is still lingering pretty strong! How can I make it go away? I've tried candles, Lysol, air fresheners...etc.
