Tiny blueish/black dot under skin?

Its right on my left thumb and looks like a mark from a ballpoint pen, blueish greenish black lol. i've had it for probably about a year, it looks nothing like a birthmark (i have tons of those). it looks much deeper and a weird color. any ideas?
