Am i right not to pay my lanlord for 3mos.?il be looking for another house?

il be looking for another house because,we've quarreled by our lanlord.i am already paying 1month advance and a one month deposit,though we havent stayed yet in the house and he also barrowed from me an amount of 8thousand.he promise me that he'll pay me by the next day.i got so mad.so ill stay in their house but i wont pay him for 3 mos.is it ok??need your ans.so,badly.thanks
