Waning Moon Spell Question...WICCANS?

I've been doing spell-work for many years, but always followed the waxing moon for increasing things (love,money or luck) and the waning for banishing things (ill-health, bad luck or debt)...however, I only received Follow Me Boy today after the Full Moon and would like to use it, but don't want the opposite affect since the moon is waning. Any help from friendly witches out there?
