If abusing alcohol is a 'disease' and smoking cigarettes is as hard to quit as Heroin, why isn't smoking a disease like alcoholism? It's just as genetically linked as alcoholism is. It's just as addicting, if not more. It would be called Smokalism. However, drinking & driving can injure/kill others, where smoking only kills yourself and is legal to do while driving. I find this very frustrating and weird. It's also mind boggling how cheap alcohol is v.s. cigarettes. Anyone else find this mystifying?
