What exactly does appendicitis feel like?

I've looked up the symptoms of appendicitis and i think i might have it but i want to see what real people who have actually had it say. This morning a woke up with a cramping pain in my lower middle abdomen but it wasnt that bad so i decided to go to school anyway. The pain never went away but it didnt actually start to get really bad until it was almost time to go home. By then, the pain turned into a sharp pain and its on my lower right side now. It wasnt unbearable but it was pretty bad but i toughened it out and made it through the rest of the day. Now I'm home relaxing on my bed but the pain still isnt getting any better. It actually seems like its getting worse. I dont have an appetite and i have a temperature of 99.8 From time to time i'll get this feeling that i'm going to throw up but i dont. I can still stand and walk but it really hurts and i cant stand straight. It's already 7:30 here so all the doctors are closed but i'll definitely tell my mom to take me tommorow morning if the pain doesnt go away but hopefully i can sleep it off. If you've had appendicitis does this sound like what you had? How did you feel? Thanks for your answer
