I AM AN IDIOT! PLEASE HELP ASAP?

I was cleaning and long story short I accidentally dropped my bed on my second toe and at first I felt nothing other than some slight pain but I looked down and my second toe nail was missing and I was bleeding everywhere! I'm leaving on vacation on Wednesday morning! What the eff do I do? Can I get just one acrylic toe nail if there is no nail and how much would it cost? ANY advice would be helpful, please.
