I think i have a huge nose, however others are always telling me im pretty ?!?

im confused?! my nose is huge, however all the boys are like your fit and so on but i really dont see this and am always puttin my self down, i crnt turn sideways and talk to people properly because of this ? i had encephalitus a few years ago and i was under a lot if drugs and i now suffer bad memory and so on, when i have my operation im scared these drugs will make this worse ? help ? please :)
