If I had an EFC of 0, would I most likely get the maximum amount with the pell grant?

Okay, I only made about $7000 last year and since I have 2 children, I received an EFC of 0. I'm going to a vocational school and it will cost around $13,000 for the year. I'll only have to go one year to get my certification. Anyways, I'm anxious to get my financial aid award letter and I just want some opinions. Do you think I'll get the maximum?
