Is a man still legally accountable for child financial support if him and the mother are not married?

umm yeah.... either way you chose to have and created a child... i mean just because the guy didn't mean for her to get pregnant doesn't mean only she should be responsible for the child.... That is what you call a dead beat dad. both parties are still responsible
