My retainers are rubbing.?

I got my retainers today. I dont like the lisp but it not that bigger deal. The problem is that my bottom ones are cutting my tounge and giving me alsas all over my tounge. So i cant talk without it KILLING. Also my TOP one's realllly hurt when i out them in/out. Any ideas on how to stop either of these problems? X
