What colors are best for me?

I have dark brown hair. I have a very light skin tone with freckles that go across the bridge of my nose and onto my cheeks that often turn pink. I also have a nose that some might think is a little big for my face and it is bony. I have brown/green eyes that change color often. I have a heart shaped face. I have medium length eyelashes that are black. My hair is medium length, curly, and dark brown. I have a side part. I have dark brown eyebrows. What make-up tips can you give me for my whole face. Also, If I was to put highlights in my hair what color would look good for me. Also, what color dresses would look with my skin tone? Thanks!
