In Sims 3, If they pregnant woman dies will she lose the baby when returned as a ghost?

open the cheats menu, type in /testingcheatsenabled. Then, go to whoever you want to kill (and currently control) open the needs menu, select hunger, then hold ctrl and click towards the extreme bottom. Your character should enter the death motions due to starvation.
